It’s 100 years after Communists ordered the closure of the Shul and Talmud Torah in Taganrog, Russia, in 1924. In 2021 Rabbi Arye Leib Tkach moved to the city and opened a shul and today, joy filled the streets once again, as Rabbi Chaim Danzinger, shliach to Rostov, describes. We dance again!
