Everyone spoke about how he took over his father’s ‘hardest’ battle and made it his own, fighting against both autopsies and also disrespecting bones of meisim by construction workers. It wasn’t a popular battle and it never really ended. They would work at night, or out of sight, and it took all of Rav Refoel’s koach and energy, but he didnt tire. The Torah of Brisk lives, but thanks to him, so does the sensitivity and halachic vigilance.
