Mr. Ralph Herzka is in Las Vegas for the largest multifamily conference of the year. Yet today marks the yahrzeit of his Rebbi, Rav Shmuel Berenbaum and to honour him, Mr. Herzka visits local Torah institutions to reflect on his rebbi’s legacy.
