#MKY Reactions, on the yahrzeit of the Sadigerer Rebbe.
My grandfather was extremely close to him (he was a Sadigur/Boyan chossid) I put on tefilin by his father. I remember before I started shidduchim he was in Lakewood and my parents went to meet him with my siblings to get brachos and he saw my name and asked where I was. My father told him I was away but I was coming back the next day. He told my father he was going to be in borough Park and asked my father to have me come meet him. It was an unbelievable moment for me he was so warm. We discussed shidduchim, life etc. a real zchus.
After I got married my uncle hosted him for a kabalas haponim he remembered me. I still have this bottle of wine that he gave me
