##MKYFriend–Submitted: I just witnessed one of the most moving displays of kavod haTorah I have ever seen, boarding the flight to TLV. One of the younger American machzikei Torah noticed the Philadelphia Rosh Yeshiva, Rav Sholom Kamenetzky, during mincha before boarding. When he learned that the Rosh Yeshiva was seated in economy, he tried upgrading him, but there were no more seats left in business class. On the spot, he insisted on giving the Rosh Yeshiva his seat and he refused to take no for an answer! I have heard people say great things about his father, Reb Yaakov Rajchenbach a’h, but now I see the effects of that chinuch in real time, as I watch this successful businessman sit in a crowded economy row, content and happy that Reb Sholom is where he should be - in business class, learning !!!!

Then, when he was done, and he went to the back and opened his own sefer, the broomstick standing proudly behind him as his lips started to move, one more holy Jew in the back of a newly-cleaned shul
