Rabbi Moscowitz, shliach to Evanston, Illinous, affixing a mezuzah at the home of Uri Ranaan, whose wife and daughter were freed erev Shabbos after being held hostage for close to two weeks. The local shluchim have been at Uri's side throughout, and now, the grateful father looks to create merit for others who need it so.
